SAFPS International Fraud Summit 2024 – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SAFPS International Fraud Summit! These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of tickets for the SAFPS International Fraud Summit 2024, hosted both at the Indaba Hotel Fourways and online. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By accessing our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets for the SAFPS International Fraud Summit 2024.

1.2 Payment: All ticket prices are listed in the currency specified on the website. Payment is accepted through secure payment gateways, and your financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Ticket Types: Different ticket types may be available, offering varying access levels and privileges. Please review the ticket descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

1.4 Registration: Attendees must register with accurate and up-to-date information. Any changes to your registration details should be communicated promptly.

1.5 Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket details. Keep this confirmation for your records.

2. Event Participation

2.1 Delegate Responsibility: Delegates are responsible for ensuring their compatibility with the technical requirements for online participation. Technical issues on the delegate’s end do not warrant a refund.

2.2 Venue Attendance: For in-person attendees, admission to the venue is subject to the rules and regulations of the Indaba Hotel Fourways. Delegates must adhere to all on-site policies.

2.3 Online Access: For virtual attendees, access details and instructions will be provided before the event. Delegates are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and compatible devices.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SAFPS International Fraud Summit. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3.2 Delegate Substitution: Delegates may request to substitute their registration with another individual. The request must be submitted in writing to malgoshians@safps.org.za at least 7 days before the event.

4. Event Changes

4.1 Program Alterations: SAFPS International Fraud Summit reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, or venue. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.

4.2 Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of summit cancellation, SAFPS International Fraud Summit will notify attendees as soon as possible. A refund, as specified in section 3.1, will be issued in such cases.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Professional Conduct: Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting fellow attendees, speakers, and event staff.

5.2 Intellectual Property: All content presented at the SAFPS International Fraud Summit is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording or distribution of summit content is strictly prohibited.

SAFPS International Fraud Summit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
