We may refuse entry or deny access to individuals who violate our policies, engage in disruptive behaviour, or fail to comply with our terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, in-person events, virtual meetings, and online platforms. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants. By accessing our premises or online spaces, you agree to adhere to our rules and guidelines. SAFPS reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal or suspension of access, as deemed necessary to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Should such right be exercised, the delegate will be refunded their ticket purchase.
